Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date your item is shipped to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging if applicable. You’ll also need the packing slip or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
We understand that buying online can be tricky sometimes as you can't as easily check the sizes. So, we're offering exchanges to all items that arrive and just don't quite fit the way they should.
If your exchange is approved, you'll receive an email from us with your reserved item.
At this stage, we request you post your items back to us from your local post office.
Please ensure you include your packing slip inside your parcel for ease of identification.

Your new items, will be shipped to you as soon as your return is received!
Refunds
If your return is approved, you'll be required to post the items back to our store at the address above. Please include your packing slip inside your parcel for ease of identification.
Once your goods are received back by us, you’ll be automatically issued with a store credit linked to your account for the cost of the item - not including any shipping costs. Please keep a record of this store credit to use next time, as we can't access it once created.
Damages or other issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), pre-order items, and personal wear goods (such as socks or swimwear). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gifted extras, or gift cards.
