Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, containing tracking details.

If your order contains any pre-order items - your entire order will be held until these items are in stock. Pre-order information will be stated in the product title, the product information, and in your order confirmation.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We calculate these rates based on Aus Post Parcel Shipping costs. We also offer an EXPRESS shipping option. It's a little bit pricier than regular shipping and will not alter your processing time by AWCC, but will be priority shipped once in the safe hands of Aus Post

Local delivery

We offer CONTACT FREE delivery to an area 15kms in distance from our store room in Shepparton.

We will contact you (please include a phone number to text) to arrange a time to ensure you're home, or to arrange a safe place to leave your parcel.

Contact free deliveries mean I will place your parcel in a safe location usually being either your mail box or by your front door, and leave. I will send you a delivery confirmation once your parcel has been dropped off. 

In-store pick up

Local pick up is available from our Shepparton warehouse. Once you place your order; you'll receive a TEXT MESSAGE from us with the location and available times.

Typically - you'll be able to pick up your order until 5pm on business days. If this doesn't suit - simply reply to the text message to arrange another time with us.

Our location is just near the main high school on New Dookie Road.  

International Shipping

We offer international shipping!

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on Aus Post International Parcel prices.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Aus Wild Clothing Co is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
