The main zip opens wide so the bag packs like a tub; boots at one end, folded kit at the other; while internal sleeves separate clean from worn. We added a rigid floor to stop the bag collapsing at camp and heavy-duty zips that won't sulk after a dusty run. Hide handles feel solid in the hand; a padded shoulder strap takes over when the load grows. External slip pockets keep boarding passes and keys where you can reach them, and the black shell hides scuffs so the bag still looks tidy at check-in. It's the kind of duffel bag that does rails, roads and red dirt equally well; functional first, but with the quiet luxury of natural materials that age beautifully.
